^†The 15¢ per gallon promotional rebate is based on your billing cycle and ends 4 months after the Marathon Fleet or Marathon Universal Card account is issued. This 15¢ promo only applies to gallons fueled at Marathon stations. The up to 7¢ per gallon standard fuel rebate on Marathon fleet cards begins when the promotional rebate concludes. Rebates are on cents per gallon based on the number of gallons purchased at Marathon locations only per month. Credit will appear on your billing statement. Rebates will be earned only when balances due are paid within the terms of your account. This volume based rebate is subject to change at any time without prior notice and only applies at Marathon locations. Not valid on aviation, bulk fuel, propane or natural gas purchases.

^¤The Zero Fraud Liability benefit covers unauthorized use of your Marathon fuel card when your account is in good standing. To access this benefit you must report the unauthorized use of your Marathon fuel card within 60 days of your billing date, maintain reasonable security policies and controls for the access, use, and protection of all Marathon fuel cards and related card information, and cooperate fully with any investigation regarding the possible unauthorized use of your card. “Unauthorized use” means the use of the account or a card by a person who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use, and from which the company receives no benefit. Any use of the Marathon fuel card when your card controls are set to “Emergency” are not qualified for this benefit. For full details, see your Marathon Account and Services Agreement.
